Christmas morning...

We had a nice morning at home this year. Adam was, thankfully, off on Christmas and several days afterwards so we enjoyed that immensely. We woke up (set our alarms to beat Noah out of bed) and just in time to see Noah (via monitor) stirring...so we got up and started the festivities. Jocelyn woke up early and joined in which was fun - normally she sleeps 30-60 min. longer than Noah.
We didn't delay in opening presents then enjoyed breakfast together, read the Christmas story and talked all about how Jesus was in Mary's tummy (Noah's favorite topic this year) and then He came out! We have this amazing kids storybook Bible for Noah and read that version this year to her as well. It really does a great job of separating passages into separate stories and Noah loves it as well - she is learning so much! Then it was time for relaxing on the couch with Daddy (while Mommy cleaned up the kitchen/wrapping paper) and then after lunch it was onto my parents house for Christmas with them :) Here are some photos from our house:

This easel was a gift - and it was fun to decorate. If it hadn't been so late at night on Christmas Eve this thing would have been decked out.

Pathetic stockings this year :) I didn't shop for stuffers because we didn't have stockings until a couple days before Christmas. Ours from last year had mouse turds on them so I tossed them and hoped to get some on sale after Christmas this year - but my mom had done that last year so we used those :)
I didn't have anything huge for Adam this year - a bunch of blurays that he wanted, some sexy shoes ;) and new slippers, and the most delicious smelling cologne that has ever been born. I smell the lid every morning...I feel like an addict.

Noah was beyond excited about her "baby alive" - she eats (and poops) and drinks a bottle.
